The product and its scope
CLIPIN Coach is the CLIPIN product for professionals who manage training and monitor their clients. The coach dashboard at coach.clipin.fit connects to the clients’ CLIPIN mobile app. CLIPIN Coach is part of the CLIPIN platform and is not a separate legal entity.
Professional account and client service
The CLIPIN Coach account is for professional use and is separate from the client account. Coaches must keep their details accurate, protect their credentials and use the service within their professional competence. The subscription pays for CLIPIN software. It does not include coaching fees or the client’s personal CLIPIN Pro subscription. Coaches agree the scope and terms of their professional service directly with their clients.
Plans, price and taxes
Plans differ by the maximum number of active clients. Before confirmation, checkout shows the plan, capacity, monthly price and applicable taxes. Advertised prices exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Stripe handles charges and invoices. You can view billing and manage your payment method from the dashboard.
30-day trial
The trial lasts 30 days and does not require a payment method to start. If you add a valid payment method, the first charge occurs at the end of the trial under your selected plan. Otherwise, the subscription pauses. Changing plans during the trial does not create another subscription or restart the trial.
Plan changes and cancellation
Before confirming a change, the dashboard shows its amount and effective date. Paid-plan upgrades may incur a prorated charge and depend on payment success. Downgrades apply at the next renewal and require active clients to fit the new limit. You can cancel renewal through payment management. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the contracted period. Contact hola@clipin.fit about billing errors, refund requests or exceptional immediate cancellation. Applicable statutory rights are preserved.
Payment failure, suspension and recovery
A failed payment preserves access for 7 days before a 30-day read-only period. A trial paused without a payment method enters that period immediately. Restrictions prevent new assignment starts and new client messages; workouts already started can be completed. Protected access is then suspended for 90 days and training cycles are deactivated. If service is not recovered, remaining relationships end. Payment recovery does not automatically reactivate cycles or restore relationships that have ended. Coaches must review assignments before reactivating them.
Data, confidentiality and acceptable use
Invite only people with whom you can lawfully establish a coaching relationship. Inform each client about data use and obtain the required authorisations, especially for health data. Do not share credentials, access other accounts or publish client data without authorisation. Do not use the service for unsolicited communications, unlawful content or infringement of third-party rights. CLIPIN’s privacy policy includes a specific CLIPIN Coach section.
Content and product limitations
CLIPIN software, branding and proprietary elements remain the property of their owners. Coaches retain their rights in their content and permit its hosting and use on the platform to provide the requested functions. CLIPIN Coach is a management and monitoring tool. It does not provide medical care or guarantee sporting or health outcomes. Coaches are responsible for their professional decisions. The platform is not an emergency channel.
Support, closure and applicable terms
For support or to request account closure, contact hola@clipin.fit. Closing an account and cancelling renewal are separate operations; state what you need. Data processing and retention are governed by the privacy policy. These specific terms take precedence over general website terms for CLIPIN Coach. No clause excludes liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Spanish law applies, subject to applicable mandatory rules and jurisdiction requirements.
