Weekend Workout Routine

Happy Friday! We’re sharing a short and simple routine featuring various exercises to tone different parts of your body:

Squats: Squats are a fantastic exercise to tone your glutes, legs, and abs. To perform them correctly, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Then slowly lower your body as if you’re about to sit on an imaginary chair, keeping your back straight. Hold the position for a few seconds before slowly rising back up. Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

Push-ups: Push-ups are excellent for toning the arms, shoulders, and chest. To do them properly, get into a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart. Slowly lower your body until your elbows are bent at 90 degrees, then push back up slowly. Complete 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

Plank: The plank is great for toning the abs, back, and shoulders. To do it correctly, position yourself in a plank with your forearms on the ground. Hold the position for a few seconds, keeping your back straight and your abs engaged. Perform 3 sets of 30 seconds each.

Lunges: Lunges are effective for toning the glutes, legs, and abs. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Step forward with one leg and slowly lower your body until your rear knee nearly touches the floor. Then slowly rise back up and repeat with the other leg. Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions per leg.

Calf Raises: Calf raises are excellent for toning your calves. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Slowly lift your heels off the ground, hold the position for a few seconds, then lower back down gradually. Do 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

Remember, for the best results, it’s important to combine exercise with a healthy diet and proper hydration. Wishing you lots of success!
